Greetings, I'm John Mazza, a seasoned Realtor® proudly serving clients in both North Carolina and Georgia. Hayesville, North Carolina, holds a special place in my heart as my hometown. From my earliest days in Mrs. Powell’s kindergarten class to donning the Yellow Jacket colors in high school sports, this community shaped me.
After graduating from Hayesville High, my journey took me to Asheville, where I pursued studies at A-B Technical College before finding my niche at Western Carolina University. As a Catamount, I thrived, cherishing every moment until the bittersweet day of graduation.
Following a fulfilling career with a global transportation company, where I held senior management positions and traversed countless states, I returned to the embrace of the Western North Carolina mountains. Having witnessed diverse landscapes and cultures, I can confidently say there are few places as enchanting as this region.
Rooted in family ties and a deep appreciation for our Appalachian heritage, I'm grateful to call these mountains home. With a rich understanding of the area's history and a forward-looking perspective shaped by corporate experience, I bring a unique insight to real estate.
